Mollie Hemingway: Biden Must Condemn By Name The Left-Wing Groups Harassing Supreme Court Justices

Editor-in-chief of The Federalist Mollie Hemingway joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why it’s imperative that President Biden strongly condemn the activist groups planning protests outside the homes of Supreme Court justices.

“At first they said even though it was against the law to in to go after justices’ homes, it’s illegal in Maryland and Montgomery County. It’s definitely illegal in Virginia, where I live, to go try to intimidate a federal judge in his home. It is against the law, and they couldn’t even bring themselves to say, you shouldn’t do things that are against the law. And now, she kind of walked it back. She’s like, well, you shouldn’t threaten judges, but they’re not even dealing with the fact that there are reports that Justice Alito and his family had to be moved to a safe location because of the threats. And it’s not just threats from radical groups. You’ve got Chuck Schumer out there not that long ago personally issuing threats against Kavanaugh and Gorsuch if they didn’t vote the way he wanted them to on abortion cases. So it’s one of the very top Democrats in the country. These are people that need to be condemned, and it needs to be explicit before someone gets killed.”
