“Fancy Like” Singer Walker Hayes On His Family, Music and Faith
The country song “Fancy Like” became an instant hit after blowing up on Tik Tok. Country star Walker Hayes went on to write more hit songs and now he is the co-author of “Glad You’re Here: Two Unlikely Friends Breaking Bread And Fences,” a book he wrote with his best friend, Craig Allen Cooper. In the book, Hayes credits Cooper for leading him into the Church and guiding him down a path of sobriety.
Walker also opens up about loss in his life, discussing what it was like for him to lose his daughter Oakley during childbirth. He explains that he hopes talking about the difficult moment of his life helps others who experienced the same thing.
