Bill Barr On The Russiagate “False Narrative”, The 2020 Election And His Time In The Trump Administration
William Barr served as the 85th attorney general under former President Donald Trump. It was the second time having the job, but he joined the administration as it was in the middle of several legal fights and under investigation by a Special Counsel.
Some of his critics called him a “toady” for his alignment with President Trump on issues like ‘Russiagate,’ whereas others criticized him for not supporting the President enough.
Earlier this week on the FOX News Rundown, host Chris Foster spoke with Bill Barr about his tumultuous time as President Trump’s attorney general and discussed the times he sided with his boss and the occasions he split with him.
Barr also discussed his new memoir, One Damn Thing After Another, where he weighs in on allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 elections and why he does not think President Trump should run in 2024.
Due to time limitations, we could not include all of the conversation in our original segment. On the FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear the entire discussion with former Attorney General Bill Barr which also includes more of his insights on President Trump’s time in office and how the administration operated.
