Ukrainian President Vlodymyr Zelensky addressed the United Nations Security Council today and described what horrors he saw in the Kyiv suburb of Bocha while suggesting the international body needs to become more relevant. Russia calls the images of murdered civilians a fabrication and remains a permanent Security Council member.
