From Washington: Russia Investigated For War Crimes

As reports of growing civilian casualties emerge in Ukraine, Russia is now being investigated by the International Criminal Court under accusations of war crimes.  Hundreds of thousands of civilians are fleeing the country as major cities such as Kharkiv are hit hard by Russian bombs. FOX Business Correspondent Connell McShane is currently in Przemysl, Poland on Ukraine’s border.  He joins Jessica Rosenthal to discuss what’s happening to families as they leave their homes behind and escape to safety.
