Evening Edition: President Biden Announcing Sanctions Against Russia

President Biden addressed the nation today announcing economic sanctions against Russian financial institutions in response to Moscow sending troops into Eastern Ukraine. Opinions are mixed on Capitol Hill whether that was enough to punish Putin’s decision but the White House is saying the harshest sanctions are yet to come.
