Oklahoma Republican Congressman Kevin Hern joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why he is calling on Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to resign.
The Congressman is one of 46 House Republicans who signed a letter urging Mayorkis to step down. According to these lawmakers, he has failed to execute the primary mission of DHS by refusing to enforce immigration laws.
Rep. Hern believes the Biden administration’s lenient immigration policies have led to the current crisis we have at the U.S. Southern border.
“If you look at what’s happening right now at the Southern border, the Biden administration, under Mayorkis’ leadership has turned the ICE agents into travel agents. Literally, they’re looking at arrest warrants, putting them on airplanes and sending them all over the country in the hours of the night on taxpayer dollars.”
Rep. Hern also comments on the escalating situation in Ukraine and discusses why he thinks the Biden administration’s ineffective foreign policy is partially responsible for the tensions.
