Evening Edition: Ukraine Evacuation Plans Drawn Up

The Biden Administration has approved Pentagon plans to use two thousand U.S. troops in Poland to help facilitate evacuations of Americans from Ukraine if Russia invades. Meanwhile, Russia is conducting military exercises with Belarus and in the Black Sea while maintaining their troop build up.
