The Battle To Replace Justice Breyer

Sources familiar with 83-year-old Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer have shared he plans to retire at the end of the current term after more than 27 years on the Court. Now, all eyes shift to President Biden as Americans anticipate who he will choose to fill the liberal justice’s seat. During his presidential campaign, then-candidate Biden stated he intends to appoint the first female African-American Supreme Court Justice and Americans are curious to see if he will follow through on his promise.
