Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz met with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas this week and announced a series of measures which seek to improve relations with the Palestinians. Just last night an Israeli and three Palestinians were wounded in the first exchange of fire in months in Gaza. FOX’s Trey Yingst speaks to Lt. Col.
