Evening Edition: CIA Balances Counterterrorism With Emerging Threats From China And Russia

For two decades now the United States’ intelligence community has had a large focus on counterterrorism operation all around the world but emerging national security threats regarding China and Russia could be changing that. In October, CIA Director William Burns announced the formation of the China Mission Center which would focus on threats coming from Beijing.
