Josh Rogin On The Reuters Report On US Democracy Summit: State Department Threw White House Under The Bus
Josh Rogin joined Brian Kilmeade and discussed a Reuter’s report that says the White House ordered the State Department to cut off the Taiwanese minister when he put up a map showing Taiwan in a different color than China during President Biden’s Summit for Democracy. Rogin says his sources say that it was the State Department who made the decision and then tried to throw the White House under the bus. According to Rogin it was not a senior official who made the decision but someone in the technical booth who overreacted in the moment and then lied about it.
