The Biden administration’s new COVID-19 vaccine mandate is drawing a lot of backlash from businesses and states. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandate that will impact 84-million workers, enforces that any workplace with more than 100 employees get fully vaccinated. Those who don’t must wear masks and submit to weekly testing. The mandate is slated to go into effect January 4th 2022. Brandon Trosclair, a supermarket owner based in Louisiana, is fighting the OSHA mandate.
