The U.S. supply chain is continuing to be impacted from the coronavirus pandemic on top of consumer demand, a labor shortage and delays overseas. As the holiday season approaches the demand is only getting worse. Last month, President Biden unveiled a plan to assist in easing bottlenecks in major ports in California by expanding hours of operations. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has pitched the Sunshine State to help assist in the current supply chain crisis, saying the ports have the capacity and are already operating on a 24/7 schedule. This week, the Supreme Court heard arguments about the controversial Texas SB 8 abortion law. While a ruling in that case could have huge implications, an upcoming challenge to a Mississippi abortion law could force the High Court to re-examine the landmark 1973 Roe v.
