On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) explains why he thinks Attorney General Merrick Garland has gone too far by trying to regulate how much involvement parents should have in their children’s education.

“They’re trying to criminalize parents who just want to have a voice in their kid’s education. They’re tired of this sexual content being brought up in schools, which crowds out real issues that we need to be dealing with. We need to be doing math, science, technology, all the real stuff that helps you be successful in life and so they’re really trying to warp these kids’ minds and tune them towards a socialist agenda. But what we’re seeing is they’re trying to criminalize every American’s bank transactions, every parent’s input into their kid’s education. But while at the same time they’re trying to legalize illegal immigrants, it’s completely backwards to put it nicely.”
