America has seen a steady increase in violent crime in the country’s biggest cities over the last two years. This past weekend, a 26-year-old homeless man with a history of arrests, plowed into a nurse while running from the police after stealing a woman’s cell phone. The nurse died from her injuries and now the mugger has been charged with murder.
