Over the weekend, North Korea tested their first cruise missiles with the capability of carrying a nuclear warhead. It comes amid a stalemate in nuclear negotiations with the United States and just a day before President Joe Biden’s special representative for North Korea, Sung Kim, was to meet his South Korean and Japanese counterparts in Tokyo.
