Lt. Col. Oliver North: Harris “Probably Is Not Going To Become President” Because Of Afghanistan

On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Lt. Col Oliver North commented on whether Congress will invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Biden from office after the decisions he has made regarding Afghanistan.

“The 25th Amendment is very clear. There’s probably enough people in the Democrat hierarchy, which includes the Cabinet, that’s saying, well let’s see, the Constitution says in every case of replacing the President, whether the President replaced like Richard Nixon was with a resignation, and the Vice President becomes president. If the 25th Amendment is invoked and passed by Congress, then the vice president becomes the president. In every case, John Kennedy, the vice president becomes president. I think there’s enough people in the Democrat Party hierarchy, not necessarily Schumer or Nancy Pelosi, but others realize she’s even worse than Biden is, which is hard to believe. But she is probably not going to become President because of this. My guess is that 2022 elections for House and Senate are going to change the dynamic in the Congress. I sure hope so.”
