13 U.S. service members were killed in a terror attack at the Kabul airport on Thursday by a suicide bomber. It was the single largest loss of life for U.S. forces in Afghanistan in more than a decade. President Biden on Thursday vowed to retaliate against the terrorists involved in killing U.S. soldiers. The evacuation out of Afghanistan continues as August 31st gets closer for the U.S. to full withdrawal from the country. Earlier this week the Food and Drug Administration granted full approval to Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for individuals 16 years and older.
