Evening Edition: World Sends Aid To India To Counter Deadly COVID-19 Surge
The United States and other countries are sending desperately needed medical supplies to India which is being ravaged by a harsh resurgence of COVID-19. India is reporting nearly three hundred and fifty thousand new cases since the weekend, three thousand deaths in that time and a major shortage in oxygen tanks. Also, Alexei Navalny is said to be in better health but a Russian court has labeled his opposition network a ‘terrorist group’.
