Dr. Shelby Steele, Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution & writer of the documentary What Killed Michael Brown, tells Brian Kilmeade that the verdict in the Derek Chauvin trial did not change the debate that America is systemically racist. Steele says keeping victimization and racism alive is the democrat’s way of holding onto power. Steele says Maxine Waters is a true believer who went to Minnesota desperate to find any hint of racism. Steele pushed back on Waters saying the civil rights movement was about confrontation. Steele said when Martin Luther King Jr. marched peacefully there was an enemy. Today there is no racial enemy to march against.
