On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, NYC City Councilman Joe Borelli discussed the culture of bullying and fear that has surrounded Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration for and explains why many people have called Gov Cuomo a “sociopath” for years.”

This is why people say he is a sociopath. This is why people say he’s a dictator, he’s a megalomaniac. He gets caught in a scandal, which other people have been accused of and there’s been investigations and people aren’t always guilty, and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. But he’s caught immediately trying to handpick the person who’s going to investigate him after he’s been caught handpicking investigators himself many times in the past. It’s insane that this man is still allowed to have public office in the United States of America.”

“This is a guy who has been bullying and berating people and berating reporters. And the crazy thing about the reporters is that they just complied with this for all this time. The governor himself, his goons would call reporters for reporting on actual negative stories about the administration. It doesn’t matter who you are, if you’re the governor of a state, you’re going to have some negative stories written about you from things that happen from time to time. They would berate them, call their bosses. And some of these reporters just complied with it. And this is the culture that existed in Albany for the entire time that Governor Andrew Cuomo was governor.”
