Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE) joined Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson Show to discuss the fight over President Biden’s HHS nominee Xavier Becerra.

Senator Sasse sounded off saying,

“We’re a year into a global pandemic. And the Biden administration has decided to nominate a total partisan hack for HHS secretary, which is actually the largest agency in the federal government. And the guy has absolutely no public health or health experience. And he’s got a big history of targeting religious liberty. That’s what he is. He’s a hyper partisan hack. And so to your point, Neera Tanden, mean tweets have soaked up a ton of attention in D.C. and she is an incredibly partisan individual. And I’m not going to vote for her confirmation. But Xavier Becerra is by far the most dangerous Biden administration nominee.”
