On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Acting ICE Tony Pham explains why cities like New York don't deserve to be labeled as "sanctuary cities."
"I don't have any fear traveling to New York City, that's the hot bed. I don't have any fear going to these sanctuary jurisdictions, I call them non-cooperative because sanctuary is a feel-good characteristic word. No, these are noncooperative jurisdictions who openly and willfully refuse to cooperate with us."
"I just don't understand the logic in some of these jurisdictions where they feel it's OK to release these individuals back into the community as opposed to giving us an opportunity to help prevent future crime."
