NH Gov. Chris Sununu: I Think Trump Will Likely Win New Hampshire

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu (R) spoke with Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson about the state of the 2020 race in the state of New Hampshire. Governor Sununu said,

“I Think Trump Will Likely Win New Hampshire. It’ll Be Close, Though.”

The Governor also said,

“I think the president’s going to win New Hampshire. I really do. I think there’s a lot of, we’re very libertarian here. Right? We have a lot of folks that don’t, you know, answer to polls. They kind of come out and vote, you know, on different issues. And you saw that very strong turnout out of nowhere, frankly, in 2016. Those voters are still there. They’re going to turn out and I think the vast majority are still going to be with President Trump. Now, where the final numbers go, I don’t know. I think this is gonna be a close election nationally. I think Trump will likely win New Hampshire. It’ll be close, though. And again, it’s just about making sure that folks have to look at 21 and 22. When you vote for whether you’re voting for the town planner, the president, the United States, you’re voting someone to lead you in the future. And when you look at what the needs are going to be in 21 and 22, you want someone that knows about jobs and the economy and development and keeping your cities and towns safe those are the anxieties that the average American is carrying right now. And those are the solutions that they’re looking for when they vote November.”
