For over a week, America has speculated and debated who President Donald Trump will select to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court.
President Trump is expected to name his nominee later today despite Democrats arguing he should not do it so close to Election Day. Republicans, who refused to vote on President Barack Obama's Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland back in 2016 because it was an election year, now argue President Trump is both entitled and obligated to fill the seat.
Earlier this week, host Dave Anthony spoke to Fox News chief legal correspondent and 'Fox News @ Night' host Shannon Bream about some of the candidates being floated by the White House.
Besides breaking down the backgrounds of some of the frontrunners for the coveted spot, Bream also previewed the nasty political fight ahead and some of the key issues the High Court will be ruling on in the coming months.
Our interview with Shannon Bream was extensive and we had to make some edits for time.
On The FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear our entire conversation with FOX News Anchor Shannon Bream and learn even more about what will be at stake for the entire country when President Trump finally makes his Supreme Court choice.
