Judge Andrew Napolitano: There Could Be “Dozens Of Skirmishes” in 2020 Like Florida In 2000
On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Fox Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano explained why the Biden campaign is planning a legal strategy to contest the 2020 election.
“I don’t know how many lawyers Trump has hired him. Knowing his propensity not to pay legal bills, I doubt that he’s actually hired any of them yet. Joe was hired about 250 so far under the tutelage of former Attorney General Eric Holder, because the Democrats expect, and I’m sure the Republicans expect this as well, and they have their people ready to go, many, many statewide skirmishes. Bush versus Gore was confined to Florida. There could very well be a dozen of these. And the issue will be: Who signed this ballot? So when you sign a mail in ballot or an absentee ballot, you don’t actually sign the ballot. You sign the envelope in which the ballot is contained and then that envelope sealed and with the ballot and it goes in another envelope and that goes in the mail. That’s basically what the battle will be about in many states, unless one of the two of them wins by overwhelming numbers to the point where these battles would not change the outcome.”
