In 2018, after spending more than a decade as an executive at Walmart, Claire left the private sector to work on fixing our hunger crisis in the United States. Today, Claire joins the podcast from the road, as she visits foodbanks across the Texas panhandle, to discuss the $100 Million Dollar gift her organization received from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.
She also weighs in on the state of American hunger during COVID-19 and Claire’s concerns about food insecurity as school districts and families return to school both in-person and virtually.
