Sen. Marsha Blackburn On Her New Book “The Mind Of A Conservative Woman”

Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN author of the new book The Mind of a Conservative Woman: Seeking the Best for Family and Country spoke with Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson about the Senator’s new book. Saying,

“Thanks for letting me talk about the book and talk about ways to encourage women to get into the discussion. The conservative woman needs to be in this discussion guy. And what we saw happen in my Senate race in 2018 was Taylor Swift did come out and she did make an endorsement. But here’s what she did. She basically used the talking points that my opponent was using against me. And they’re pretty much the talking points that get used against every conservative woman that is in the public space. And you don’t vote right on certain bills so that they consider to be important. You don’t support certain initiatives that they consider to be important, not women in general. But the left in particular. And so I use this example of what happened to me as a way to say, you know, I would love to have a discussion with Taylor Swift and talk about these issues because she has part of the story, but not the whole story.”
