Senator John Kennedy (R-LA), who is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, spoke to Brian Kilmeade about former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Kennedy said Yates didn’t want to answer questions and that he had to drag it out of Yates that the Steele dossier was junk. When asked about Yates saying that former FBI Director James Comey went “rogue” Kennedy said it is becoming clearer that Comey was the hurricane in Crossfire Hurricane, he bungled everything he touched. As for what is next for the Judiciary Committee, Kennedy said he doesn’t know what Judiciary Chairman Senator Graham’s plans are but he is ready to call Comey, FBI Director Chris Wray, Andrew Weissman and more. Kennedy is all for having two or three witnesses a day, starting at 7:30 am and go into the night, including hearings on weekends.

Senator Kennedy also discussed if there will be a deal between democrats and republicans on another rescue package. Kennedy does not see a deal happening by the end of the week and his personal feeling is Senator Schumer and Speaker Pelosi do not want a deal because they think the chaos hurts the President.
