Admiral James Stavridis (Ret), former Supreme Allied Commander at NATO, member of the Carlyle Group, and author of “Sailing True North: Ten Admirals and the Voyage of Character“, spoke with Brian Kilmeade on the latest with our relationship with China. Stavridis was shocked to hear Senator Feinstein say China is growing into a respectable nation. Stavridis says we have given China every opportunity to come into the family of nations but under President Xi, China’s actions against Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and continued pushback against U.S. ships should have us very concerned. Stavridis is also disturbed by the Trump administration’s decision to pull 12,000 troops out of Germany. Stavridis believes this is a signal to Vladimir Putin we are going to drift out of Europe and consequently weaken NATO while strengthening Russia.
