Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) spoke with Brian Kilmeade about the New York Times report that Russia secretly offered bounties to Taliban-linked militants for killing American troops in Afghanistan. Kinzinger, who attended a White House briefing on the reports of Russian bounties on American soldiers, explained that it is irrelevant if President Trump was briefed on this because the intel agencies could not agree if this was true. He went to say he does not believe the President was briefed as a result.
