Guy Benson: Wearing A Mask Is “The Low Bar, Minimal Ask” To Have People Do

On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson talks about whether people will be required to wear masks at President Trump’s Tulsa rally.

“Here’s the thing about the masks. To me, that’s the easy consensus thing in my mind. I have no problem with recommendations or even requirements to wear masks, particularly in indoor spaces, because if we’re trying to weigh the various social costs and the things that can be done potentially to combat the spread of this disease, while we’re waiting for the vaccines and the treatments to get sort of finalized and developed, shutting down the economy and forcing people to stay at home vs. relative distancing and everyone wearing masks, it’s not even close. The masks are the sort of low bar, minimal ask of people, right? I feel like the pain there or the sacrifice there is very, very minimal compared to a lot of these stay at home orders.”
