Andrew McCarthy On Murder Charge Against GA Officer: “This Is The Most Nakedly Political, Serious Prosecution”

Andrew McCarthy, Fox News Contributor, Former Assistant U.S. Attorney For Southern District Of NY spoke with Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson about the capital murder charge against Geroiga Police Officer involved in the shooting death of Rayshard Brooks. McCarthy sounded off on the charges saying,

“This is the most nakedly political, serious prosecution. I guess the serious politicized prosecution misconduct I’ve seen and I say that because to bring a capital murder charge under these circumstances is really inexcusable.”
