Former NASA Astronaut Jerry Linenger On America Launching Rockets Again
Jerry Linenger, retired United States Navy flight surgeon and NASA astronaut spoke with Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson on the significance of America returning to launching rockets from U.S soil. Saying,
“Well, it’s just wonderful representing our great United States of America country and not a bigger picture, I guess. To me, this is back to, you know, my hero, Ronald Reagan, where government is the problem. We finally, you know, acknowledge that with the President Trump, who who basically stuck his neck out and said, we’re going to do things as a capitalist country should. We’re going to have private companies start building rockets.”
Linenger flew Space Shuttle missions for NASA aboard Discovery and Atlantis Missions.
