Matthew Whitaker: Adam Schiff Is An Embarrassment

On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, former Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker explained why he thinks Rep. Adam Schiff is “an embarrassment” and not serving the will of the American people.

Failla: “If you were going away on vacation and you had to trust one guy to watch your house who would it be James Comey, Adam Schiff or James Clapper?”

Whitaker: “I think I’d rather leave it unguarded and leave the keys in the front door instead of having them watch it. I always watched in amazement, once I understood what was happening, especially with the Mueller investigation, to watch Adam Schiff be taken seriously at all by the media. And CNN and MSNBC seemed to always give him an audience to say things that were inconsistent with the facts that I knew. And, you know, I think we all have kind of seen that he is a just a classic politician that talks out of both sides of his mouth and is unwilling to actually explain what he said and why he said it. And him saying that he had direct evidence of collusion and has never been held accountable for that, to defend that at all, as he clearly was in all of these interviews that were conducted in the committee that he’s now chair. I just think he’s an embarrassment. This is what happens when you getthese congressional districts that are fortified. He represents essentially a Hollywood and Beverly Hills. There’s no hope of something like that having any competition from the right and the American people are not well-served because there are those types of representatives.”
