Social distancing, home confinement and working remotely are all helping to stifle the spread of the virus but what if it hits a war zone, a refugee camp or some foreign detention center? Organizations like the International Red Cross who are on the ground in such chaotic areas say the virus being easily spread around is a definite concern.

FOX's Trey Yingst speaks with Dominik Stillhart, Director of Operations for the International Red Cross, about how his organization continues to do its job while facing this added threat.
