Social distancing, home confinement and working remotely are all helping to stifle the spread of the virus but what if it hits a war zone, a refugee camp or some foreign detention center? Organizations like the International Red Cross who are on the ground in such chaotic areas say the virus being easily spread around is a definite concern.
