President Trump announced he will be invoking the Defense Production Act to help combat the coronavirus pandemic. Following the president's announcement the Senate passed the House's coronavirus response bill which ensures free testing for the illness and gives paid leave for certain workers. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) discusses the relief bill, why he did not vote for it and what he would like to see Congress do to help mitigate the virus.
