Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-Il) spoke with Brian Kilmeade about his concerns over President Trump’s decision to pull troops out of Syria. Kinzinger believes this makes America look very weak and will have major ramifications in the war on terror. He went on to say he believes the President knows he made the wrong decision but does not want to say it. When asked if Turkey should be kicked out of NATO, Kinzinger said he does not think it is time to push Turkey out of NATO but worries about a possible shooting match between Turkey and Russia and Turkey invoking Article 5 of NATO that requires us to come to the aid of any NATO ally. Kinzinger does not believe we will come to Turkey’s defense against Russia but wonders what that does to the Article 5 promise of NATO.
