The latest mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio pose a quandary for pundits who want to blame right wing or left wing political views for the shootings that left scores dead. Political Science professor Paul Kengor, says it’s time to put blame where blame is due: the presence of evil.
