Ken Cuccinelli, Acting Director Of U.S. Citizenship And Immigration Services, spoke with Charles Payne on The Brian Kilmeade Show to discuss his announcement on the Public Charge Final Rule that defines a long-standing law to better ensure that aliens seeking to enter and remain in the United States are self-sufficient and rely on their own capabilities and the resources of family members, sponsors, and private organizations rather than on public resources. Cuccinelli also discussed the controversy of the timing of ICE raids in the wake of the recent mass shootings.
