It’s been over 10 months since the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The confirmation hearings are famously known for the testimony of Christine Blasey Ford who alleged Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when they were both in high school. In their new book, “Justice on Trial” authors Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist and Carrie Severino of the Judicial Crisis Network, break down the confirmation process.
