Alabama’s state Senate passed a controversial bill on Tuesday that would outlaw nearly all abortions in the state and make performing one a felony punishable by up to 99 years or life in prison. Democratic lawmakers pressed for amendments that would creation exceptions for instances of rape and incest but failed. Alexandra DeSanctis from National Review joined Guy Benson to discuss the bill:
