Hall of Fame baseball player Cal Ripken Jr., author of the new book “Just Show Up: And Other Enduring Values From Baseball’s Iron Man“, spoke with Brian Kilmeade about his eight rules for the game of baseball and life, drawn from the lessons he has learned on and off the field. For the first time, Ripken also shared how he recently discovered the notes he took on the day his father, Orioles Manager Cal Ripken Sr., removed him in the middle of a game ending his consecutive innings streak and the impact it had on him as he continued his consecutive games played streak.
