The Reproductive Health Act was signed into law Tuesday by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. The bill expands a women’s abortion access in the state, protects the rights laid out in Roe v Wade and includes a provision allowing late term abortions when a woman’s health is endangered. Chairwoman of the New York State Right to Life, Christina Fadden weighs in on the new state legislation.
