Host of Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace, joined The Brian Kilmeade Show today and covered a multitude of topics, most specifically what it was like behind the scenes of his interview with Russian president Vladimir Putin. Referencing his interaction with Putin during the exclusive interview, Wallace said, “He was a little bit dismissive, but once I stuck the indictment in his face I had his undivided attention for the following 25 minutes, and that was pretty riveting.” Wallace also shared his thoughts while watching the Trump-Putin press conference from the Russian Embassy in Helsinki, saying, “I knew Trump’s performance was going to be very controversial.” He added, “You can’t help but think ‘that’s going to make this interview more interesting because I’m going to be saying things to him that the president didn’t.'” Lastly, Wallace shares his experience traveling through Russia and if he’d do it again.
