Leonard Leo, outside adviser to President Trump on judicial nominations, sat down with Brian Kilmeade to discuss the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. Leo responded to the left’s hysteria that whoever replaces Justice Kennedy will overturn Roe V Wade. Leo said it has been a scare tactic by the left for thirty years and went on to say this is the way the left mobilizes their base, by saying Roe V Wade is in jeopardy. Leo described President Trump’s criteria for potential judicial nominees to include people who are well-qualified, independent, not weak and who will interpret the constitution the way the Framers intended.
