RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel On Raising The Age To Purchase A Rifle To 21: As A Mom I Am Willing To Look At Anything

Ronna McDaniel, Chairwoman Of The Republican National Committee, spoke with Brian Kilmeade about the ideas President Trump has put forward on making schools safer after the deadly school shootings in Parkland, Florida. McDaniel said, “As a mom I am willing to look at anything,” when asked about raising the age to buy a rifle to 21. McDaniel went on to say the issue of school safety and gun violence is an American issue. She said, “The President is more than willing to work in a bipartisan way because he is hearing loud and clear the voices of these victims.” Romney also discussed CPAC communications director Ian Walters saying Michael Steele was elected RNC chair “because he’s a black guy”, why she is not worried about republicans losing 39 legislative seats since President Trump’s inauguration and her uncle Mitt Romney’s decision to run for Senator in Utah.
