Freedom Caucus member, Congressman Dave Brat (R-VA), explained to Brian Kilmeade why the entire budget process is broken because the Senate has not put together a long term plan to benefit the country when it comes to the budget and immigration reform. Brat went on to say that the Senate's decision to give up on reconciliation takes away republican's leverage to pass meaningful spending and immigration reform. Brat praised Speaker Ryan's efforts trying to compromise with the Senate but says it's time for him to "put on the boxing gloves and go down the hallway and face Mitch McConnell" and push the Senate to take up the Goodlatte bill which he believes is the only path forward to pass real common sense immigration reform.
